The Salvation Army needs your support to help receive, sort, organize, and stock shopping areas for clients while adhering to strict COVID19 rules. You will volunteer at the Christmas Toy Centre.

*This role involves lifting of about 20lbs.

Are you looking for a fun opportunity to get involved? 

Have some fun getting dressed up for Halloween while providing a safe environment for children. Doon Heritage Village is hosting a Halloween Costume Party for children ages 12 and under on October 28th.

Volunteers will work with staff throughout the historic village to provide games and treats for the little trick-or-treaters.

In this volunteer role, you will interact with the public in a friendly manner, while assisting the Community Development Worker (CDW) in leading and implementing food programs.

Other responsibilities include preparing and handing out school snacks to community members in need of support, and assisting with set-up and clean-up.
