Visit with residents and spend time chatting. There are several residents who do not often participate in group programs and are looking for volunteers to visit with them on a one-on-one basis. This could include reading to a resident, looking through photo albums, chatting, walking, or sharing stories.

In this volunteer role, you will help maintain the rinks by flooding and snow shoveling, caring for equipment, and keeping a watchful eye on the rinks.

Dishwasher volunteers will support staff and meal program volunteers by helping clean all the cooking/serving dishes used in creating and serving the daily meal. Dishwasher volunteers will also help to support the physical health and safety of everyone at the Community Centre by helping to clean and sanitize the kitchen area at the end of each shift.

PPE will be supplied!
