[Ages 14+]

THEMUSEUM is looking for hockey enthusiasts to volunteer for their upcoming offsite experience Hockey | The Exhibition – Faster Than Ever! Hockey is so much more than a game! It’s where science and tech team up to turn innovation, speed, and excitement into a veritable art form.

As a volunteer, you will get involved in all aspects of their upcoming hockey exhibition. These tasks could include exhibition security, directing traffic, interpreting artifacts, and promoting THEMUSEUM’s Vision “To awe, inspire and enlighten” by interacting with and answering visitors’ questions.

The exhibit runs from September 30th – January 14th

Homework Support Volunteer 

[Ages 15+]

This volunteer position supports a community-based program which encourages children and youth to develop self-confidence, positive social skills and encourages their academic learning.

As a Homework Support Volunteer you will provide academic support to elementary students in grades 1-8. This program runs every week between  4-6 pm.

Kettle Helpers

[Ages 16+]

Do you want to make a difference in your community? 

Volunteers are welcome to help The Salvation Army collect much-needed donations in local malls and venues in Kitchener and Waterloo, leading up to Christmas. Funds raised will be providing toys and other assistance for families in need.
